Fast for weeknights, but special enough for weekends!
1. SEASON
Season pork chops generously with Snake River Farms Perfect Pork Rub, salt and pepper, or your favorite seasoning.
2. SEAR
Place 2 tablespoons of neutral vegetable oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chops on one side for 2 to 3 minutes until nicely browned. Turn and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
3. COOK
Turn the temperature to low and cover the skillet. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 140°F.
4. REST
Remove chops from the skillet and tent loosely with aluminum foil. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
5. SERVE
Finish with a sprinkle of seasoning or large flake salt. Serve immediately.
