Pork Loin and Rack of Pork
1. PREHEAT & SEASON
Set oven to 350°F. Season pork generously with salt and pepper, Snake River Farms Perfect Pork Rub, or your favorite seasoning.
2. ROAST
Cook pork roasts at 350°F for about 20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
3. REST
Remove the pork from the oven and tent loosely with aluminum foil. Let rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. SERVE
Slice against the grain of the roast and serve.
