If your order arrives incomplete, please contact us right away with your order number from your confirmation email starting with 100******* or the number on your packing slip starting with SO00*******. Please list the missing item(s) along with the quantity and provide any additional information you have. We are able to assist with your incomplete order if you contact us within 2 weeks of your order being delivered.
*Please note that some of your items may ship out of a different warehouse than the rest of your order and may be on another delivery truck headed your way. We always recommend checking your order to verify if there are multiple tracking numbers or not. *
