How long will my products last once delivered?
Your Snake River Farms order is packed with the intention of delivering at least partially frozen. If at least partially frozen, you can safely store in the freezer for up to 6 months for optimal quality. If the product arrive cool to the touch, but thawed, not to worry! Per USDA guidelines, if meat is kept at 40 degrees (refrigerator temperature) or cooler, you can safely store in the refrigerator for 7 days once thawed. If you don't plan on consuming within 7 days or if your product is not within safe temperature, please contact our Customer Care Team. See charts below for product specific storage times!
*It takes about 6 hours per pound to thaw product in the refrigerator
