Can I change or cancel my order?
Want to make adjustments or cancel your order? We must receive changes 2 business days before the scheduled ship date. During the holiday season, our response times might be delayed due to volume. We will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee any order edits or cancelations after placement.
Cancellations – Once an order has been released to ship at our warehouse or if it is in transit we cannot guarantee a cancellation request can be completed.
Address changes – Once an order has shipped, an address change sent to FedEx will always delay a package. This is beyond our control, but we can facilitate the address correction.
Submit a request HERE and fill out the fields with your information. Under the "What are you inquiring about?" dropdown, select "Request to change order" then select the option that best fits your request. To speed up your request, make sure to populate the "Order #" field, you can find your order # in the confirmation email that you received after you placed the order.
