Let get cooking!
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Place ham fat side up in a roasting pan. If it’s a half ham, place the flat side down directly on the roasting pan. Do not add water or cover the ham with foil.
3. Into the oven! Place uncovered ham in the oven until it reaches 140°F. Always use a thermometer to decide if your ham is ready. See the above chart to see about how long your ham will take to warm up. Insert thermometer into center of ham, but make sure it is not touching bone if it is a bone-in ham.
4. Let is rest. Take ham out of the oven and place on a cutting board. Loosely cover with foil and allow it to rest for 15 to 30 minutes.
5. Dig in!
